W środę 24 listopada na Rynku Miejskim w Barlinku mogliśmy podziwiać nowy ciężki samochód ratowniczo-gaśniczy Scania P410 z napędem 6x6 dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Barlinku. Samochód wyposażony jest w zbiornik na wodę o pojemności 8300 litrów oraz zbiornik na środek pianotwórczy o pojemności 830 litrów, autopompę Ruberg o wydajności 6500 l/min., 2 działka wodno-pianowe: dachowe i przednie zderzakowe, niskociśnieniową linię szybkiego natarcia, system zraszaczy, maszt oświetleniowy i wciągarkę, kabinę modułową 6-osobową. Zabudowę wykonała firma Wawrzaszek ISS Sp. z o. o. Sp. k. z siedzibą w Bielsku-Białej.

Cena samochodu wyniosła 1.299.987,00 zł. Na ten cel Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna w Barlinku pozyskała dotację od Komendanta Głównego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w kwocie 500.000,00 zł. Pozostałą kwotę 799.987,00 zł przekazała Gmina Barlinek.

Uroczyste przekazanie nowego samochodu jednostce OSP Barlinek odbędzie się w przyszłym roku w maju podczas obchodów Dnia Strażaka.
